Job Description for Quantity Surveyor Jobs:
To manage Quantity Surveying & Bills checking activities for the projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in residential & commercial construction and strong knowledge on materials, manpower planning, scheduling, estimation & generating bill of quantities with detail specifications etc. related to real estate development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimation and Costing of Projects.
- Preparation of BOQ.
- Preparation of Budgetary Cost.
- Preparation of Tenders & Work Orders.
- Finalization of NT items and Rate Analysis for required items.
- Invitation of quotation, review and preparation of comparative statement.
- Preparation of Monthly & Quarterly Cash flow statement.
- Tracking of cash flow statement and project schedule.
- Bills checking and processing for payments release.
- Reconciliation of materials.
- Co-ordination with Project Team, Purchase, Design & Finance departments.
- Preparation of Monthly Progress reports.
- Preparation of quarterly RERA reports.
- Attending site meetings.
- Collection of Good for Construction and As Built Drawings.
- Collection of Stability and Soil Reports.
- Mentoring/guiding of junior team members.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering
10-12 years of relevant experience in construction project execution.
