Job Summary for Sales Engineer:
This position is responsible for driving business growth through new customer acquisition, market expansion, and relationship management across India. The role involves understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring successful deal closures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation:
Identify and analyze new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, and online platforms.
Handle client inquiries and understand specific requirements.
Present electrical and automation products effectively.
Negotiate terms, prepare techno-commercial offers, and close deals.
2. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Support post-sales activities to ensure successful service delivery.
Address and resolve any client concerns in a timely manner.
3. Reporting and Sales Strategy:
Maintain and submit daily MIS and sales reports.
Work toward achieving sales targets within specified timelines.
Contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.
Key Interactions:
Internal: Coordinate with all departments.
External: Engage with clients, suppliers, and external agencies.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
