Primary Functional Responsibilities:

 Work during standard business hours for Mountain Time Zone
 Available for on call rotation for P1 escalations
 Work with junior, intermediate and vendors for escalated incidents.
 Proactive review of environment for incident prevention and environment optimization
 Participate in the Solution and Architecture review boards with the customer.
 Assist with Vulnerability remediation requirements.
 Prompt and detailed communication with customer regarding incident resolution
 Well documented customer interactions in tickets.
 Documentation and general administrative duties as assigned.
 Creation of knowledge articles (KBs) and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to be
delivered to intermediate and junior technicians for more efficient incident remediation.
 Technical thought leadership and partnership with the customer.
 Time tracking

Senior understanding of the following technologies

 Support of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux)
 Support, enhancement and tuning of monitoring for Azure infrastructure and virtual
machines.
 Subject matter expert for Azure Public Cloud including platform services (EG Cloud
networking, storage, PaaS services, etc.,) to assist with support and architecture.
 Experience supporting and managing Azure Storage including Storage Accounts,
Azure Files, and Azure NetApp Files
 Experience supporting and managing application services hosted on Microsoft Azure
including Azure Functions, Azure Web Apps, and Azure Logic Apps
 Experience supporting and managing integration services hosted on Microsoft Azure
including Azure Service Bus, Azure Event Hub, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data
Factory
 Maintain and Monitor Azure Defender and work with team on recommended
remediation.
 Support and Managing Azure Key vault and certificates/secret policies.
 Leveraging native tools for Optimization of resources for cost management and
budgeting
 Supporting Disaster recovery testing, enhancement, and documentation to prepare for
potential DR Events.
 Working with customer teams to support infrastructure requirements and design.
 Experience with Terraform, Azure Bicep, and Azure DevOps pipelines as it pertains to
infrastructure as code deployment and management.
 Citrix DaaS support and architecture.
